Here at Blank Slate, we carry various products for amazing emerging brands. That said, we encourage everyone to read the product descriptions and ingredient lists on product labels.
I want to return my products. How do I do that?
Due to the nature of this business, at this time, we do not accept returns. However, we will accommodate replacements for orders we may have filled inaccurately.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (US-based), including PayPal, CashApp and AfterPay. Payments are 100% secure. Payments are currently processed via PayPal, Stripe, and Square.
When can I expect my order to ship?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Sometimes, we get them out sooner, but please bear with us as we continue to grow. The shop is closed Monday and Tuesday; orders will be processed Wednesday - Sunday.
What are the shipping costs?
Here at Blank Slate, we use variable shipping based on customer preference. However, flat-rate shipping starts at $8.
Do you have the option to pick up locally?
Yes! You can shop with us at the shop — our retail locations are in Annapolis, MD, and Charleston, SC. You can order online and pick up in-store.
My order arrived, and an item is missing, cracked, or broken. What do I do?
Email us at hello@blankslate-md.com — please include your order number and pictures of the damage. We will work with you to rectify the situation.
